    3. Your Contract with Our Company
    (1) Orders
    When you complete the ordering process and submit your order on this website, our company will send you a confirmation email, indicating that we have accepted your order. At this point, both parties are considered to be in the product ordering and sales contract stage.
    Once an order is placed, this website does not accept cancellations or changes. If you wish to correct your order information, please follow the return process and contact our customer service team by phone or email.

    (2) Price and payment method
    All product prices presented on this website are inclusive of tax, including those in the shopping cart and at checkout. If the tax rate changes between the order date and the delivery date, we will adjust the tax rate you pay, unless you have already paid the full amount of the order before the tax rate change.
    We strive to ensure that prices are presented accurately. If a price is incorrect, we will contact you before accepting your order. In cases where a price error is clearly identifiable, even if the order has been placed, we are entitled to terminate the contract, refund the total amount you have paid, and demand the return of any products already provided to you.
    Please note that to ensure information and transaction security, the orderer's name must match the credit card holder's information used for payment. If there is any discrepancy, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.
    (3) Issuing invoices
    We will provide an electronic invoice to your email address upon shipment; we do not offer physical invoice delivery services.
    (4) Goods delivery
    The delivery range for goods ordered from this website is limited to Taiwan (i.e., Taiwan proper and outlying islands such as Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, and Green Island). International addresses cannot be shipped. The same order cannot be sent to multiple delivery addresses. Please make separate orders. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the amount of each order.
    The goods you order from this website are expected to be delivered to your designated delivery address within 5 business days from the order date. If the delivery address is an outlying island, the delivery time will be longer, depending on the actual operating time of the delivery company. In the event of force majeure such as weather, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly.
    (5) Logistics handling fee
    For orders placed on this website with a total amount of NT$1,000 or more after discounts, delivery to Taiwan is free. For orders placed with a total amount of less than NT$1,000 after discounts, a logistics handling fee of NT$100 for home delivery and NT$80 for convenience store pickup will be charged for delivery to Taiwan.
    For orders placed on this website with a total amount of NT$2,500 or more after discounts, delivery to outlying islands is free of charge; for orders with a total amount of less than NT$2,500 after discounts, a logistics handling fee of NT$250 will be charged for delivery to outlying islands.
    This website will offer various shipping discounts from time to time. The actual shipping cost is subject to the announcements on this website.

    If the delivery is delayed due to force majeure, we will notify you as soon as possible and take necessary steps to shorten the delay. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by such events. In the event of a long delay, you may contact us to terminate the contract and get back the payment you have made but have not yet received for the products.

    Standard delivery Convenience store pickup
    A signature is required upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for the delivery, our company will have the logistics company contact you to arrange alternative delivery. To ensure safe and undamaged delivery, unless explicitly requested by you, the logistics company cannot leave your product unattended at the delivery address. If delivery is unsuccessful on the same day and no further delivery is made within 7 days, our company will terminate the contract, and the order will enter the return process.

    (6) Logistics and delivery tracking
    You can track your order status in "My Orders" in your account. Once the order enters the delivery process, a delivery number will be generated, which will also be sent to you via the email address you provided. You can also track the delivery status of your order by visiting the website of the freight company entrusted by our company and using this delivery number.
    (7) Receiving goods
    Our delivery responsibility is completed once the entrusted courier delivers the goods you ordered to the delivery address you designated, and you or your agent sign for the goods.Upon receiving the goods, please check as soon as possible to ensure the items and quantity are correct and that there are no defects. If you have any problems with the goods you received, please contact our company via customer service email or hotline during service hours.
    (8) Ownership and Liability
    Once the product is delivered to the address you provided, you will be responsible for its delivery.
    Once our company receives full payment, the product will belong to you.
    (9) Product defects
    If you find any product damage, malfunction, incorrect contents, or discrepancies between the order details and the actual delivered contents, please notify our company immediately. You can call our customer service hotline: 0800-600308, service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays), or send an email to:service@tw.amorepacific.com Please pack the complete, unused, and defective item in a box. Our customer service team will contact you after receiving your information and provide you with a convenience store return code. Please go to the convenience store you selected and use the in-store machine to complete the return process within 4 days from the date you receive the return code. The code will expire after the deadline and will not be provided again.
    If the defective goods are returned and it is confirmed that the defect was caused by our company or the courier we entrusted, we will process the return and refund within 5 business days, and you will not need to bear the shipping costs.
    Please note that our company does not offer exchange services.

  • Cancel Order

    To maintain a smooth overall shopping process, we currently do not offer a "partial order cancellation" service.
