Return Instructions
Returns can only be applied for when the order status shows that delivery has been completed.
If you need to cancel an order, you can cancel it on the order management page within 1 hour after the order is completed.
If the order status does not yet show "Delivering", you can contact the customer service center through the link below to apply to cancel the order.
1. Return method
In order to maintain the smoothness of the overall shopping process, "partial returns" service is not currently provided.
If you need to return the product, please contact customer service staff within the 7-day viewing period (including national holidays) from the day you receive the product. After review, we will arrange for a home delivery company to pick up the product at your designated location.
*Friendly reminder: When returning a product, please be sure to maintain the integrity of the product body, gifts, accessories, and packaging. If the above conditions are not met, INNISFREE will not be able to accept your return and refund application, please forgive me.
2. Return Process
- (1) Please contact customer service via the link below to submit a return request.

- (2) Based on the information you provided, if the return meets the return criteria after review, a convenience store return number will be provided via SMS and Email.
- (3) Please pack the goods and gifts properly and ship them out through the convenience store.
- (4) After confirming the condition of the goods and gifts, the refund process will begin.
- * Products purchased on the official website can only be returned on the official website
- * Returns cannot be processed after pickup. Please contact customer service (0800-600-308, Taiwan region only).
- *Refunds will be issued within 3-5 working days after the return procedure is completed
- * When you submit your return application, you have expressed your agreement that each return of goods sold by the authorized salesperson to return purchased goods, withdrawn goods or discount certificates will be handled by Amorepacific Co., Ltd. with full authority.
