INNISFREE creates forests around the world to combat climate change through the globally representative CSR
campaign "Green Forest Campaign," planting a total of 360,000 seedlings from 2012 to 2024.
Taiwan joined this initiative in 2017, collaborating long-term with the Taitung Forestry Bureau,
dedicated to protecting Taiwan's coastline, planting 50,000 seedlings in Taitung over 8 years.
The goal is to achieve 500,000 trees planted globally by 2030, standing up for this beautiful land.

INNISFREE continuously takes action from the "root" for skin health and environmental sustainability. Not only establishing the Green Innovation Lab to develop more vegan and reef-friendly products, finding natural ingredients and gentle formulas, but also reducing the use of new plastics made from fossil fuels and expanding the use of recycled plastics.
INNISFREE hopes to create a sustainable circular environment through comprehensive actions, inviting every Earth resident to start from their own skincare choices, take active environmental actions, and protect the Earth together through collective efforts!

How to Participate in Empty Bottle Recycling

The simplest way to love the Earth

STEP 1Bring your empty INNISFREE skincare bottles back to an INNISFREE store

STEP 2For every empty bottle recycled, earn member points worth NT$25

Recyclable bottle types:
Limited to empty bottles from INNISFREE basic skincare, body care, hair care, and fragrance products (glass and plastic bottles)
Non-recyclable bottle types:
Refill packs, gifts, cosmetics, aerosol cans, lip care, nail care, and hair dye bottles
Gift sets must be returned as a complete set
Each member can recycle up to 3 empty bottles per month

INNISFREE x Eden Foundation

Slow Fly Children Project

INNISFREE Green Christmas has been dedicated to charity for a long time. Since joining the Taiwan market in 2014,
we have worked hand in hand with charitable organizations to help disadvantaged groups.
Starting in 2019, INNISFREE began a long-term partnership with the Eden Foundation,
working together to help children with developmental delays.
In 2024, entering the sixth year of collaboration, INNISFREE donates a portion of proceeds from Joyful Holiday products
every November-December to the Eden Foundation. Every year-end, all INNISFREE Taiwan office staff visit
the Keelung non-profit kindergarten to accompany and create together with the children.
Consumers who purchase Joyful Holiday products
will randomly receive "Christmas Calendar Cards" or "Heart Stickers" to spread warmth to more people!

INNISFREE was awarded the "Leaping Bunny" cruelty-free certification by PETA, the global animal rights organization, on February 1, 2024. As an effective naturalism brand, this achievement stems from our principle of respecting life, and our long-term exploration of how to provide consumers with safe products that are not tested on animals. INNISFREE is always committed to active reflection and promoting the advancement of bioethics and animal welfare.

Plastic Reduction

We are increasing the use of materials that are easy to separate and recycle, such as: metal-free pump heads, removing original metal spring pump heads for easy recycling without disassembly; and reprocessing waste plastics and glass into recycled materials to increase their usage in product containers. Recycled glass – Some products use recycled containers made from collected, processed recycled glass. Recycled plastic – Some products use 30% recycled plastic materials, with caps made from reprocessed waste plastics. We will continue to develop refillable products to practice the concept of "reducing plastics."

Recycled Paper Packaging

INNISFREE uses FSC-certified eco-friendly paper instead of plastic packaging, and uses soy-based inks instead of volatile inks for printing, reducing harm to forest ecosystems. After receiving the delivery box, please join us in separately processing it as paper products to help save the Earth!
