Can the ID (nickname) be modified

How to cancel membership
After logging in, please go to the member information correction page and click "Logout".
After canceling your membership, points, coupons, and purchase history cannot be recovered. Please use this service with caution.

My INNISFREE Membership Program is our membership system where you can accumulate points based on your spending and enjoy exclusive member benefits. Consumers can become regular members simply by spending any amount.
What are the differences in discounts for different levels of membership
You can become a general member by making any purchase, and you will receive a welcome gift upon first membership.
Premium members enjoy a 20% discount on their first purchase during their birthday month. (Maximum purchase amount before discount: NT$8,000)
Regular/VIP members who spend over NT$5,000 within a year will be automatically upgraded to VIP members on the first day of the following month. VIP members enjoy a NT$300 shopping credit once, with no minimum spending requirement.
Enjoy exclusive offers on the first seven days of each month; receive an additional 7500 points upon first VIP upgrade; enjoy a 20% discount on your first purchase during your birthday month. (Pre-discount limit: 8000 RMB).

What are the conditions for membership upgrade and renewal
[Regular Members] retain their membership permanently after joining.
[Premium Membership] Customers who spend more than NT$2,500 within a year will be automatically upgraded to Premium Membership on the first day of the following month. Premium Membership is valid for 12 months starting from the 1st of the following month.
[VIP Member] Customers who spend more than NT$5,000 within a year will be automatically upgraded to VIP members on the first day of the following month. VIP membership is valid for 12 months starting from the 1st of the following month.
How to accumulate membership points
Regular members receive 100% of the total purchase amount in accumulated points/Premium members receive 150% of the total purchase amount in accumulated points/VIP members receive 200% of the total purchase amount in accumulated points.

How to receive an invoice?
We will send an electronic invoice to your email address upon shipment; we do not offer physical invoice delivery service.
Winning invoices will also be sent via email. Winners must go to a 7-Eleven ibon machine to print out the winning invoice and claim their prize.

What is the freight company you currently cooperate with
We currently partner with Black Cat Delivery (Unified Express) for delivery.
After checkout is completed, the goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days, and delivery will take approximately 2-3 business days after shipment.

Cancellation/Return
What should I do if I want to cancel my order
You can cancel your entire order after checkout, before it shows "Shipping". Please go to [My Account] to cancel.>[My Orders Management] After selecting "Cancel Order", fill in the cancellation application information.
If the product purchased in the store is defective, can I return it online
Goods purchased at the store can only be returned or exchanged at the original store where they were purchased.
Can I make an exchange
This service is not currently available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How to return goods
You can only apply for a return once the order has been delivered.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt and the product must be unopened.

2. Submit a return request after entering the reason for return.
3. Customer service will review whether the product meets the return criteria.
4. After approval, the convenience store return number will be sent via SMS and Email.
5. Pack the goods and gifts together and send them to the selected convenience store.
6. Refunds will be processed after the logistics company confirms the product status.
